Cait DiCicco has been practicing yoga for 12 years and teaching for 10 all over the world.

She first fell in love with the strength and flexibility that yoga brought into her life in her hometown of Pittsburgh, and slowly started to notice the breathwork and meditation as a relaxing and therapeutic form of self love.


Cait has been trained in Vinyassa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra, and she likes to bring elements of all styles to her classes to give students exactly what they need.

When she’s not doing yoga, Cait likes to cook, read, laugh, dance, sing, garden and promote radical self love and confidence to her friends and family.
