Service Description

Contemporary Fusion combines several different styles challenging both the mind and body from beginning to end. Class will consist of an in depth warm up, center technique to ground your body, and across the floor exercises. Along with learning an intricate routine that focuses on musicality, lines/shapes, style, strength, and technique.

We allow our clients to cancel and reschedule for a different class of their choice as long as we are informed at least two hours before class that they will not be attending
