Restorative Yoga

Service Description

During this gentle/intentional practice, students will be guided through a series of poses focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing to restore the body both mentally & physically.

Cancellation Policy

We allow our clients to cancel and reschedule for a different class of their choice as long as we are informed at least two hours before class that they will not be attending
