Stretching & Conditioning fuses yoga, pilates, and strength training, for a full body workout. This class will challenge you to use your body weight with resistance training and aerobic drills to improve speed agility, balance, and endurance. It is a physical and mental challenge from start to finish!
We allow our clients to cancel and reschedule for a different class of their choice as long as we are informed at least two hours before class that they will not be attending
